The Rules of Roulette
Roulette is been played since the 17th century, making it one of the oldest casino games. The game as played today differs only slightly from the game played by the early aristocrats who were the game’s first players.
Now the fast, action packed game of roulette has come to Full Tilt Poker.
Roulette rules have also remained virtually unchanged since the beginning. Full Tilt offers European style roulette, which is played with a 37 number wheel. European style roulette is far better for the player than its American counterpart with a house edge of only 2.7%.The gaming table is made up of two main areas; inside and outside.
Inside betting
The inside section allows you to bet on individual numbers or groups of numbers. The payouts vary by the amount of numbers covered.

The outside area also has another group of bets call the racetrack. These bets cover between 7 and 17 numbers. These bets cover specific areas of the wheel and are listed in the order then numbers appear on the actual wheel.
Additionally, there are extra groups of bets that are comprised of seven to 17 numbers. Located on different segments of the wheel, you can wager on these with one easy click on the “racetrack”, the part of the roulette table that is representative of the actual wheel, and the order in which the numbers are displayed, instead of the numerical order of the main betting layout.
